What are They?
Points
Points are what students may earn (or loose) in order to either increase or decrease their house's standings. Only students may be able to earn points, and they are mainly for in character thingies. That pretty much means that you can't buy anything with points in the store, but they can be used for other site events. Here is a list of ways to earn points, and here is a list of those who have earned points.
Galleons
Galleons can be earned by both students and adults. Unlike points, these can be used for loads of things, both OOC and IC (mainly in the store, but also for site events). You can earn galleons in many different ways, as can be seen here, and you can see out list of galleon-earning members here.
