friends. Benji here does not have many chums due to coming off anti-social, which, isn't stretching it entirely, but believe it or not, Benji here highly treasures company. Not one to initiate conversation with strangers, he only pipes up when addressed, but commonly gives brief answers, making him rather difficult in terms of befriending. It takes a persistent being to keep Benjamin intrigued. This Slytherin only has one friend - Krem Abbot. An eccentric Gryffindor who he spends the majority of his free time with. Housing holds no importance in relationships with him - he could care less if you're a Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, or a fellow Slytherin. I do not see him being anything more than acquaintances with fellow mellow students - he needs someone that can pull conversation out of him, especially when first getting to know someone.

enemies. Benjamin has ignored many students in his time at Hogwarts, and more to come. Whether it was just a friendly hello, or a quick question in class, they receive nothing more than a side glance, if anything really. A more sensitive person may have some distaste towards Penrose's seemingly chilly exterior. With an easily inflated temper, some may have caught wind of a rather annoyed Benjamin which can sometimes be accompanied with a stomp on the toes or a punch in the arm. He does, however, control himself around the vast public. 

lovers. LOL Why anyone would be potentially interested is a mystery to Benjamin. Deep down, he has a soft spot for all things romance, as he spends most of his savings on romance novels when possible. Having multiple lovers is not something Penrose here would like, and would much rather prefer a stable relationship with one significant other. No experience in this field to be had, and is generally awkward in the art of flirting. Going into a relationship with him, don't expect some smooth Casanova to sweep you off your feet!

(Truthfully though, me being the hopeless romantic I am would love the possibility of something happening here through threading!)

Seriously, Draco would flirt the hell out of this boy. He's beautiful and Draco would be all over that. I mean, not in an overtly creepy way, but more of a subtle "nice " kind of way... if that makes any sense.

Though, I feel like these two would be able to get into a lot of arguments. Draco has the knack of saying the wrong thing, but he also gets some sort of gratification from arguing with others. It says in the app that he'd be likely to walk away, Draco would be one to follow because he's not done yet. He'd see the apathetic mask and would want to see cracks of his own making, just to know he'd be able to get some sort of reaction out of him. He'd feel bad about it after he cools down and would try to find Benjamin to apologize. There's a lot of different paths where this could take them down, but nothing is ever for certain. Overall, I feel that their interactions would be quite interesting.

You're making sense, don't worry bruh. I'd seriously squeal at this occurring. I mean, yeah. That would definitely be an amusing idea to play with. Benjamin would probably be having some serious inner dialogue as to Draco's motives, wrestling to keep his traditional poker-face steady on the outside. Flirting just places him in an overall uncomfortable position. It'll have him meekly nodding his way through the conversation (while simultaneously searching for a means of escape).

With Benjamin's short fuse and Draco's talent for causing emotions to flair with his choice of words, I wholly agree with you where bickering is involved. Considering it doesn't take much for Benjamin here to rile up. He'd be utterly shocked to find Draco pursuing him just to carry on with said possible agrument. Most people he has run into would just accept the conversation as terminated by that point. Even if it's to resume an argument, it would make a good impression on Benjamin. Even if it's to quarrel, only a few have made an effort to get past his unwelcoming atmosphere. That is how he'd view the action at least, whether it be Draco's intention or not.

Oops! I tend to ramble when replying to plotters/shippers.  I'd really enjoy to see where this could lead! Appreciate the reply! Can't wait to see these two together in a thread.

Oh, good! and breh, omg same. For some reason I'm just imagining Draco as wolf stalking a bird of prey, or something like that. Yet, he wouldn't really be the type to force himself on another person. He'd keep it to harmless flirting. I'm not even imaging him constantly flirting either, just every few sentences???? Okay, so I have a picture of it in my head but it's hard to explain because that's just me. I think you got the picture a while ago?? OH MAYBE THIS WILL HELP. He'd be flirty and stuff while still being classy, kind of posh, and polite (unless they're arguing ). THERE WE GO.

Draco, in return, would appreciate it (if) Benjamin stayed after Draco pursed him. Not many would actually give their time to Draco for anything other than to shout insults or toss a hex down his way. He would be completely invested in the argument itself, but not over the topic (generally). Oh, I can see him saying the wrong thing- like "bloodtraitor" or something, but not actually meaning it in the way it sounded, perhaps an almost apology turned into a game of words?

Oh, you're fine! Honestly, I'm horrible at this kind of stuff so the fact that you're not is perfect XD. As for thread ideas, do you have any?

Yup, my plotting is definitely a skill to work upon.

As for actual thread ideas, I'm having difficulties producing anything interesting at the moment. I'd rather not go down the generic path of having them bump into each other in the halls, while convenient and easy to manipulate . I'm guilty of using that strategy, v hypocrite I just find it gets stale after using that as a constant means to introduce characters. Besides, Benjamin does not stare off into space often so it's unlikely he wouldn't be watching where he was going. They do have classes together and could potentially meet one another this way, though I don't know how. I can't see Draco wanting to lend a helping hand as Benjamin struggles with Potions. Instead maybe he shoots a tease or two Ben's way as he flails? Even though classes aren't open for RP yet - this is just a quick idea we could potentially proceed with in the future.

Ugh, once again, I'd just like to say that I love the fact you used that FC for Benji He's so beautiful. Anyways! Plotting! So I've got here Luca Barnett, who's in his final/seventh year at Hogwarts and is a Ravenclaw. I think they'd get along well enough, maybe a bit of flirting in between perhaps even though Luca already has a boyfriend gosh. Luca would definitely find Benji attractive, but he'd probably just end up being friends with him. I feel like Luca might even give some dating tips for Benji LOL but Benji might just be like "ugh you're annoying go away" lmao. I'm totally up for these two meeting anywhere in the school.

I'm all down for harmless flirting. Not sure if Benji is though, LOL Though, Luca may be sorely disappointed if he's expecting to have Benji respond with a few playful remarks of his own. Even if it is nothing serious, it will make this kid squirm to be subject of Luca's teasing. I'm "d'awwing" so hard at the thought of Luca attempting to give him some dating pointers. He'd never admit it aloud, but he'd be soaking in every little bit of that information, making mental notes in his head left and right. Of course, he'd keep his normal passive attitude on the outside. Wouldn't want to to tip Luca off that he's actually listening to that malarkey now would he?

I think these two meeting up would be a real treat! I don't have any grand ideas floating about in my head at the moment. When do you ever, Knox? Perhaps Ben is struggling with some schoolwork (unless this is a no no since classes aren't up for RP right now, wasn't sure if this type of scenario is a-okay, considering it wouldn't take place in the classroom,) and was told Luca the almighty Ravenclaw was his go to guy? He's not completely driven when it comes to school, but he does as much as he can to skate by.

Well, they wouldn't actually have any of the same classes together since Draco's in his final year. Ummm, maybe Draco sees him in the common room and does "Oh, he's pretty. Ima talk to this kid". Idk????? I'm bad with plots. Or he could come across Benji working on some homework and struggling? Draco is in the top 5 of his year (I'm p sure) so there could be the witty remark and the offer to help?

Ah! That is quite true! Years completely went over my head. /shot Seriously, I'm horrible at plots, too. we can be bad at them together lol I'm fine with both of these ideas. Benji needs all the help he can get on his homework. I can see him sitting back and hoping desperately Draco would just subconsciously take over and do the work for him. Likely unsuccessful, but a boy can dream, can't he?

Would you like me to start? This seems solid enough for me. (Or perhaps wait? I know you're busy with a few threads already plus coding business at the moment..)

Luca's pretty smart when it comes to academics, and he wouldn't mind helping a student out, even if he's from a different house. Luca's not as cutthroat as some Ravenclaw students are haha.
